All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, plus 3-5 for USA Domestic orders to arrive in the mail (except for to presale items). Once package has been shipped, you will be emailed tracking information and you may track your package at any point via USPS website.
Once order status is updated to “delivered” we (BossBelle Apparel) are no longer responsible for the package and it will not be replaced. You will need to contact your local Post Office regarding a missing package and follow the guidelines they provide. If your package is unable to be delivered and returned to BossBelle Apparel, we will process a refund, less any shipping cost (if applicable).
**All Domestic orders now have Free USPS Shipping. If you are purchasing an item weighing under 1 pound you will have the option to choose either First Class shipping for free or Priority shipping for an additional fee. All orders over 1 pound will be charged USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping fees. If you would prefer UPS, FED EX, DHL, etc. please contact us for further details.
You can return/exchange a regular priced item within 14 days of receiving your original order (date of delivery).
Item(s) must be in new, unworn and resalable condition (never washed, no make-up stains, no deodorants/perfumes/odors, etc.).
Need another size? Contact us at email@example.com prior to shipping the item(s) back.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded (if applicable).
The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our location. Please make sure to return item(s) in the original clear poly bag to prevent being damaged on the way!
Once we have inspected your item(s) and it is approved (not deemed used), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once refund is processed.

Item Damage/Defect PolicySometimes an item will be damaged due to poor manufacturing, i.e. tear in the seam or hole. If your item has been damaged when you first receive it, please contact us. If the item rips when you try it on or AFTER you have already worn it, that is not covered by our policy.
